Nadia Scott is the Managing Director at RE:geon Training, following a successful career spanning over 18 years within the Further Education sector. Her role at RE:geon is to oversee all aspects of the business with particular focus on galvanising a team of future leaders and instilling a culture that cultivates learning and recognises growth opportunities both internally and out.  

Early on into her career, Nadia identified a real lack of high-quality training for employees and an absence in bespoke training programmes for employers. The birth of RE:geon Training is the start of tackling these problems head on and to this day remains the Group’s sole commitment to the people and communities they serve.

The most rewarding part of Nadia’s role is seeing how far our development opportunities and unwavering support can go to transforming the lives of disadvantaged and unemployed individuals, particularly among young adults in the North East of England.
