HR and training coordinator

Job Summary
The HR and Training Coordinator’s role is to support the business with hiring, onboarding and training of employees while maintaining relevant systems and records.
Daily Responsibility
- Manage HR and Training administration activities for employees across the business.
- Maintain and update HR records in Sage HR.
- Assisting with drafting employee contracts of employment & correspondence.
- Proactively manage employee files to maintain current, relevant and appropriate information.
- Organise staff onboarding including inductions and PPE.
- Administration of probation process.
- Coordinate and manage training requirements for employees, including mandatory training.
Essential Skills
- CIPD Level 3 qualification (desirable).
- Able to use MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and strong communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
