IT Technical Support

Job Summary
You’ll be working alongside our IT Manager to provide day-to-day IT support to our 200 users and all IT equipment within The RE:GEN Group.
Daily Responsibility
- Provide telephone support to assist with general IT issues
- Remote support using our in house RMM tool to fix problems where users have them
- Provide onsite support where problems cannot be fixed remotely
- Setup of new IT equipment for new users or replacement devices
- Setup of remote sites with new IT equipment (routers, copiers, desktop work environments)
- Ongoing maintenance of current IT equipment (updates, system cleanse and removal of outdated software)
- Administration of our Microsoft 365 Platform (user accounts, email, SharePoint sites, Teams groups, shared mailboxes)
- Maintaining the IT asset database and recording any problems
- Ongoing checks of all IT Assets
Essential Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft OS and Products
- Good problem solving skills
- Confident and organised
- Good communication skills
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence
