Over the past year, RE:GEN Group has made significant strides by establishing RE:GEN North West and RE:GEN Green, focusing on national decarbonisation efforts and renewable energy needs. Both divisions have seen remarkable success in their first year, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to our purpose and the communities we serve.
As we approach the end of the fiscal year, our recently filed 2023/24 audited accounts reveal another year of growth and healthy profit, positioning us strongly within the market. Having reached a healthy and stable position which sees us consistently deliver on our promises for our key clients in the North East, we feel that now is the right time to look at opportunities outside of the region to replicate this model and approach. We are excited to embark on our journey into Yorkshire, confident that this expansion will drive considerable growth and success.
Introducing Our New Yorkshire Leadership Team
In alignment with our expansion, we are proud to announce a new senior leadership team for RE:GEN Yorkshire, who will be instrumental in ensuring our operations run efficiently and effectively.
Managing Director – Tim Wood
The region will be led by a new Managing Director, Tim Wood, a highly respected and well-known figure in the industry who has over 20 years of experience and a proven track record for delivery. Having previously held positions as Regional Managing Director and Commercial Director at EQUANS and United Living, Tim will bring invaluable leadership, expertise, and strategic vision to drive growth and innovation across the Yorkshire and Humber region, leveraging his expertise to strengthen client relationships and deliver sustainable growth.
Operations Director – James Taylor
Joining us from Frank Haslam Milan, Willmott Dixon, and Fortem, James Taylor brings a wealth of expertise to the role of Operations Director. He will oversee the successful delivery of all schemes across Yorkshire, with a particular focus on decarbonisation projects – an essential priority for the region. James will collaborate closely with his counterparts in the North East and North West to ensure consistent delivery and continued success.
Commercial Director – Tom Nicholson
Tom Nicholson will take on the pivotal role of Commercial Director for Yorkshire. Having climbed the ranks through the Strategic Team Group, Bullock, and Fortem, Tom’s deep understanding of commercial strategy and his strong rapport with supply chain will be key in shaping Yorkshire’s approach. He will align closely with the North East and North West teams to implement best practices that drive efficiency and sustained success.
