The RE:GEN Academy is born through a desire to grow our future workforce by developing individuals, rather than particular skill sets to enable real decision makers and blue sky thinkers to emerge in the world of construction. We’ve teamed with a cluster of academic institutes in the region, as well as Geon Training Solutions to create a fresh and exciting opportunity for emerging talent.
Our Academy is a first of its kind, enabling college and university graduates alike to get their foot in the door by gaining unique and unrivalled exposure to key influencers and leaders in the field.
We develop individuals through a rotational scheme, allowing you to explore different areas of the business in order to identify strengths and genuine interests. We understand that everyone is different so your rotational roles will be selected accordingly, however potential roles that you will gain experience in are as follows:
- Quantity Surveying
- Health & Safety
- Site & Project Management
- Customer Experience Co-ordinators
- Sustainability & Green Skills
Once we know what area you want to focus on is, we will get to work preparing a bespoke development programme in partnership with Geon Training Solutions.
