Director of People & Culture at RE:GEN Group
Paul Flannigan is the Director of People & Culture at the RE:GEN Group, following an impressive career that has seen him as Social Value Director, Construction Director and original Founder of the business. On a day-to-day basis, Paul works hard to maintain employee relations and promote a culture that encourages productivity, creativity, innovation, and growth.
Paul recognises that nurturing our people through a strong and inclusive culture are two of the most important aspects within RE:GEN. Not only are they key to our success but they are a key differentiator that significantly sets us apart within our industry. That’s why Paul’s responsibility is to ensure that everything we do is underpinned with a people-centric approach, satisfied employees and robust talent management.
As a representation of our people, Paul spans multiple teams and cross-functions. Predominantly, he works with our Chairman Brin Sheridan, and our HR Advisor Laura Warnaby to drive constant review and improvement of the quality of the workplace environment. He also contributes heavily towards our wellness initiatives and is a strong advocate of doing everything we can to care for our people and give back to those we so proudly serve.
Paul lives and breathes by our Group core values, most notably ‘We Care’ and his enthusiasm to change lives and leave a legacy by ‘doing the right thing’ is second to none. His incredibly warm and approachable nature enables him to connect with anyone, whether it be internally at RE:GEN or externally within the community, making him a true asset to the RE:GEN Group.
With over 20 years of Property Development and Construction experience, Paul holds an NVQ Level 3 and 4 qualifications in Construction Management, a full SMSTS accreditation and several leadership accreditations.
