For the second consecutive year, RE:GEN Group is proud to announce that we have achieved 3 Star status by Best Companies, officially recognising the Group as a World Class company to work for. But for us, retaining World Class status is only part of the story.
Our 2026 results show that RE:GEN has continued to improve, increasing our overall Best Companies score while also growing as an organisation and hearing from significantly more colleagues across the Group.
In total, 408 colleagues responded to this year’s survey – 105 more responses than in 2025 – giving us an even broader picture of what it’s really like to work at RE:GEN. And the results give us plenty to be proud of.
We’ve seen really positive progress in areas we deliberately focused on following previous colleague feedback – proof that listening is only worthwhile when it leads to action. But perhaps the part we’re proudest of isn’t a score at all.
When asked what makes RE:GEN a great workplace, our people talked overwhelmingly about people, culture, teamwork, support and our sense of community.
They talked about a family feel, despite our rapid growth, about people being there for one another, about pride and about our values being more than words written on a wall.
Lee Francis, CEO of RE:GEN Group, said:
“Retaining World Class status is an achievement in itself. To come back a year later and improve our overall score makes this result even more significant. Many companies don’t retain and increase their position in this way, so what our people have achieved really is amazing.
“But being World Class doesn’t mean believing we’re perfect. At RE:GEN it’s always been about striving for progress, not perfection. Our latest results have also given us a clear picture of where we need to work harder. Those conversations now become our focus for the next 12 months.
“Because being World Class isn’t about standing still. It’s about continuing to listen, learn and make the best even better.”
World Class isn’t something that’s given to us. It’s something our people create. So, this recognition belongs to every single member of Team RE:GEN.
We’re World Class. Again.
