RE:GEN North West has secured a new £1.5m contract with Your Housing Group (YHG) to deliver roof replacement works to 312 homes across the Staffordshire Moorlands area of Stoke-on-Trent.
The new programme builds on RE:GEN’s ongoing partnership with YHG, including a £3m roofing investment programme currently underway in the Baguley area of Manchester.
Started in February 2026, the Baguley programme is seeing the team replace the roofs of five housing blocks, alongside 140 homes in the surrounding area.
The latest investment programme will include both pitched and flat roofing installations across houses, bungalows and low-rise blocks of flats, helping to ensure homes remain safe, warm, compliant and well maintained for YHG customers.
The works form part of YHG’s wider asset investment strategy, with a strong focus on delivering long-term improvements to its homes while ensuring residents receive a positive experience throughout the programme.
Alongside safe and reliable delivery, RE:GEN North West will work closely with customers throughout the project, providing clear communication and support to help minimise disruption while works are taking place.
