Strengthening Regional Leadership
As part of this expansion, we’re delighted to welcome Paul Bingham as Managing Director for the Midlands, alongside Dave Parry as Regional Director.
With extensive experience leading regional teams across the Midlands, Paul brings deep local knowledge, a strong understanding of place-based delivery, and a values-led approach to leadership. Dave adds further operational strength, ensuring that ambition is consistently translated into action on the ground.
Together, they will play a key role in shaping RE:GEN’s presence in the region, supporting continued growth across the North of England and helping to unlock new opportunities for collaboration and impact.
