Jonathan Horner is an Operations Director who works for RE:GEN Group, Jonathan is an experienced, dedicated and highly qualified Operations Director with a strong track record in successful delivery of large-scale projects across the region. This includes frameworks, with large housing providers such as Believe housing, Gentoo Group, Thirteen, Bernicia Homes to name a few as well as delivering projects in education for Durham University and Northumberland District Council and bespoke projects for MACT Trust and South Tyneside Council. This has largely been in the 21 years service Engie, formerly Keepmoat and FHm.

Jonathan has lead delivery teams in successful completion of projects such as the refurbishment of the Sunderland Fire Station, from derelict building to thriving music, art’s and public house.  Sunderland Core 364 is the first cluster of high rise building to be de gassed following Grenfell and sustainable ground source heat pump heating systems installed tackling both customer safety and kick starting Gentoo’s carbon zero challenge.

Jonathan holds a BSc (Hons) from Northumbria University in Construction Management as well as holding member status in the Chartered Institute of Builders. Many industry recognised training courses such as SMSTS, Asbestos, Scaffold training course, leadership and management have been complete in his time at Engie.
