Michael Hodgkiss the RE:GEN Group’s Commercial Director, following a successful career spanning 19 years with Engie Regeneration Ltd. (Formerly Keepmoat and Frank Haslam Milan).

Michael has experience in leading teams, covering all commercial aspects for both estimating and delivery for a variety of different products. His main experience has been in refurbishment frameworks and he has been a business lead in building long term relationships and delivering successful projects with North East based clients such as Believe Housing, Gentoo, Bernica, Thirteen, Homes for Northumberland, Castle Morpeth Housing and South Tyneside Homes.

Michael holds a BSc (Hons) from Northumbria University in Quantity Surveying as well as a BA in Accounting and Computing from Sunderland University. During his time with Engie he completed various leadership and management training as well as having a full SMSTS accreditation.
