At the end of September, the RE:GEN family stepped out of the usual working-day environments and met for an afternoon at Ramside Hall for the latest Business Update.
It’s that time again at RE:GEN Group where we all come together for our Business Update! In the blink of an eye, we’re half way through the financial year, and wow do we have plenty of positive new stories to share!
A huge part of our ethos and culture here at RE:GEN Group is to keep everyone informed about what’s going on in the business. No matter how big or small, it’s vital that every member of the team from the bottom-up feels valued and is included in every aspect from celebrating our success to taking stock of our learnings and working together as one to shape our future. So regardless of whether you’re in the office or onsite, a newly joined apprentice or member of senior management, the Business Update provides the perfect opportunity to bring everyone together as ONE TEAM with ONE VISION.
Hosted in the beautiful setting of Ramside Marquee, we kicked off proceedings with a series of presentations, recapping over the recent months which has not only seen us grow in head count, contract wins and strategic partnerships, but has also seen us outgrow many of our original targets set across key areas of the business.
Nothing short of incredible given the ambitious goals we had initially set, and testament to the highly skilled personnel that we are proud to have brought into the business through our rigid recruitment and newly acclaimed RE:GEN Academy.
Brin Sheridan, Chairman at RE:GEN Group
Looking back at what we have achieved in such a short space of time is so important to us as if you know how far you’ve come, then there are absolutely no limitations to where we, as a team, can go.

Lee Francis, CEO at RE:GEN Group
At RE:GEN, we know that it isn’t just about encouraging our team and wider stakeholders to #BePartOfTheJourney, a huge part of our success for the future lies within the realms of each member of our RE:GEN family making their own unique mark and helping us #ShapeTheJourney – so their input is crucial.
From presentations, we moved into a series of interactive breakout sessions for employees to have their say on how the future at RE:GEN should look as part of our Scale Up and Grow Up operations.

After all the hard work and creative thinking in the tent, the Business Update at Ramside Hall came to a close with light food and refreshments to toast to a great first 6 months and thank everyone for not only believing in the RE:GEN way but for embodying it in everything they do to challenge the norm and deliver on our promises.
Here’s to continuing to make a real difference to the people and the communities we serve. (Cheers to that!)
