The latest Government delivery figures for the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund show the scale of RE:GEN Group’s contribution to improving homes and lives across the country.
The Government has published its latest Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund delivery statistics for the 2025/26 financial year – and the figures give everyone across RE:GEN plenty to be proud of.
Across the UK, 24,140 measures have been reported across 11,980 households through the latest round of funding.
We delivered measures to 3,253 homes – representing 27% of all reported lodgements.
Behind every one of those numbers is a home that has been improved, a customer who can benefit from a warmer and more energy-efficient home, and another step towards creating better places to live.
And that is what makes these figures particularly meaningful to us.
Our purpose is to enhance lives through safe, sustainable social housing regeneration. Delivering investment programmes that make homes warmer, more energy efficient and more comfortable for the people who live in them is exactly what that purpose looks like in action.
The impact of the Group’s work can be seen across the regions in which our businesses operate.
In the North East, 2,377 homes were reported as receiving improvements through the fund, with RE:GEN North East improving 1,768 homes, representing around 74% of all reported delivery across the region.
In the North West, 1,891 homes were reported, with RE:GEN North West improving 1,331 homes – 70% of the regional total.
And in Yorkshire, RE:GEN Yorkshire and East Midlands delivered improvements to 154 homes, representing 15% of homes in the region.
For a Group that continues to grow across the North, these figures demonstrate both the scale of the work already being delivered and the opportunity ahead.
Behind the scenes, teams across RE:GEN worked tirelessly to keep programmes moving, overcome challenges and get work completed for customers.
From surveying and planning to project management, customer engagement, installation, logistics, commercial management and business support, every part of the Group has played a role.
These results belong to everyone. They also belong to the clients who trust us to deliver work in their communities, and to the supply chain partners who work alongside our teams every day.
It’s that shared commitment to doing a great job and putting customers first that makes delivery on this scale possible.
And it’s the partnerships that make the difference, making sure that investment reaches the people and communities who need it.
Across the North East, North West and Yorkshire & East Midlands, RE:GEN has worked alongside housing providers, local authorities, customers and supply chain partners to turn funding into real improvements in people’s homes.
That is what partnership looks like in practice.
And as we continue to grow, with exciting opportunities ahead in the Midlands, we’re looking forward to building on this progress and reaching even more customers.
