Thirteen Group has appointed RE:GEN North East to carry out the work at Bellamy Court in Pallister Park, as part of its Capital Delivery Framework.

This landmark project will see around 4,000 homes upgraded over the next three years, with work focused on tackling fuel poverty and improving customers’ quality of life through enhanced energy efficiency.

This is the first contracts to be awarded under the Gentogether partnership approach, delivering improvement work to thousands of homes across Sunderland.
