G4C award success for RE:GEN Group!

We are delighted to have been shortlisted in the 2024 G4C awards for the Commitment to Employee Training and Development, as well as two nominations for the New Professional of the Year and Apprentice of the Year awards!

The G4C awards celebrate the outstanding examples of excellence and best practice within our sector and the region. The awards evening will look to award individuals and organisation’s from seven categories which include Apprentice of the Year, Student of the Year and Trainee of the Year, along with G4C Future Leader.

Since the very beginning of our RE:GEN journey, we have prioritised building meaningful relationships and cultivating a culture that attracts the best talent. The dedication from our staff has allowed us to become a leading force in social housing solutions across the North East. In just over three years, we’ve had remarkable growth, expanding from a modest team in 2021 to a workforce of 220 by 2024…And still growing!
