April marks a very prosperous month for RE:GEN Group as we welcome Lee Francis to RE:GEN House as our newly appointed CEO. Following an incredibly successful career spanning 24 years at ENGIE (previously Keepmoat), Lee joins us to take on a new challenge. Lee will be responsible for setting the group strategy and driving RE:GEN’s ambitious growth plans forward, ensuring that our vision and behaviours are truly embedded in our culture.
Lee Francis comments: “It has been incredibly hard for me to leave a previous organisation that I’ve been a huge part of for so long and not a decision taken lightly. As for many, the pandemic encouraged a great deal of re-evaluation and soul searching over the last 12 months and the result of my re-discovery is RE:GEN.
What matters to me most is being challenged, developing others and delivering our promises. To have the ability to do that and watch something grow is an opportunity too good to turn down.”
